What better way to take advantage of that than with Geocachers of Long Island's February Get-Together to celebrate that special day?📷So come on down to Monaco's on Jerusalem Avenue in Hicksville for the latest Geocachers of Long Island event. We will be meeting from 2PM until 5PM and GoLI is supplying the pizza and soda!In addition to the festivities, there will be a limited edition Leap Day coin available for purchase at the event. This great looking coin is decked out in the official GoLI colors and comes with a special frog "pin" that can attach to the coin if you like. The coins will be $13 each and there are a limited amount, so if you are going to want to get one or more, please mention that in your "Will Attend" log. And of course, the coins are trackable at www.geocaching.com!📷Do you like raffles? Cause we got 'em! Everyone who signs the log book will get a free chance to win some of the cool prizes that we will have available at this event including different versions of the Leap Day coin that we got from other events around the world! We will also have a new item that is similar to those things that EyeDoc collects, but different and never seen before! There might even be a GOLDEN AMMO CAN for someone to win at the event and some other prizes as well.LEAP DAY SOUVENIR! That's right...anyone that finds a cache or attends an event on Leap Day gets the coveted Leap Day 2020 souvenir on their virtual geocaching profile!You do not have to purchase anything to attend the event and did I mention that the pizza and soda is on GoLI?
